Martin Schmutz
Trained machine fitter and certified master metalworker, HTL qualifications in mechanical engineering and building construction, and a graduate engineering programme (Dipl.-Ing.) in Mechatronics and Business.
More than 20 years of experience in industrial plant construction and heavy machinery, including senior roles in assembly, commissioning, project management and assembly services.
Founded XENTRA GmbH in May 2026 with a focus on staffing services for the metal and industrial sectors.
Lisa Morocutti
Four years of professional experience in staffing services with a focus on the metal sector, plus HR responsibility in a metalworking company. Responsible for HR management and recruiting since the founding of XENTRA GmbH, with sound industry knowledge and a keen sense for matching qualified skilled workers to the right roles.
Who we are
XENTRA GmbH specialises in temporary staffing and direct placement of technical personnel. Our core fields are welding, assembly, trade and industry. We provide staff for assembly work, plant shutdowns and short-term assignments as well as for long-term staffing arrangements. Beyond that, we offer temporary staffing and direct placement in other sectors too. Our head office is in Leonding near Linz; our skilled workers are on assignment across Upper Austria and all of Austria.
